The Role:

C.O.B.R.A — short for Cost of Being Relevant Agency — operates as a remote assistant and lifestyle management partner for high-end professional athletes. Built on the understanding that peak performance extends beyond the game, the agency provides seamless, behind-the-scenes support that simplifies life off the court. From managing complex schedules to coordinating travel and handling day-to-day operations, C.O.B.R.A enables athletes, agents, and teams to stay focused on what matters most: performance.
Rooted in its philosophy of Lifestyle & Performance Management, the agency delivers a comprehensive suite of services, including calendar optimization, communication management, relationship tracking, and around-the-clock support during high-demand periods. This operational backbone is guided by its internal principle, “Keep It P™” — ensuring clients are Prepared through proactive logistics, Protected through discretion and clear boundaries, and Positioned with intention, maintaining alignment without unnecessary exposure.
Beyond operations, C.O.B.R.A extends into image and brand support, leveraging a network of independent boutique partners to facilitate wardrobe pulls, product coordination, and strategic brand placement. With access to LeagueFits-certified photographers and curated industry connections, the agency helps athletes maintain a refined and consistent public presence.
Working closely with the founder, Zach led a comprehensive repositioning of the C.O.B.R.A brand. The process focused on establishing clarity and cohesion—moving away from inconsistent, AI-generated visuals toward a more intentional and scalable design system. This included the development of a refined color palette, as well as primary and secondary typefaces that could flex across the agency’s operational and lifestyle-facing touchpoints. The result is a brand identity that reflects the precision, discretion, and elevated service C.O.B.R.A delivers.
